The sea is literally at your feet here! From your modern furnished balcony, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the coast and the promenade with its sandy beach, which stretches out directly below you. The balcony is perfect for breakfast, but also for dinner or a cool sundowner. Thanks to the glazed railing, the view is particularly unobstructed. You can stroll along the leafy promenade in front of the house and there are various souvenir shops and shops on the ground floor of the building. The bathing area here is extremely child-friendly, as it is pleasantly shallow.
