We are delighted to be able to present this truly exceptional holiday home to you; not only did it impress us in every respect, it is also completely unsurpassed in terms of originality and luxurious ambience. Anyone who values comfort and aesthetics on holiday will find this property extremely attractive, especially if the proximity to the beach and good connections to the island's infrastructure are also important to them. Villa Cap dOlla fulfils all these requirements in the most pleasant way imaginable. Situated on a beautiful corner plot in a residential neighbourhood and surrounded by hedges and cypress trees, you can tell from just looking at the exterior that this place offers some great opportunities for upscale living. In front of the house, a covered terrace extends towards the pool; it's a wonderful setting for al fresco dining. There is plenty of room at the white dining table so that everyone in your group can eat together here at any time of day. From here, just two steps lead down to the pool, which is completely surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace. Under a canopy, you'll find a delightful outdoor lounge area with comfortable white sofas and armchairs and a stylish glass and shipping pallet table; indulge in a little luxury as you sit out here with a cool drink in hand, looking out over the shimmering turquoise waters of the pool. The sunroof is also adjustable, so you can decide how much time you want to spend in the sun or shade. Lined with unusually large tiles, the pool offers young and old alike a lovely place to relax and cool off on hot days. Wide steps lead gently down into the pleasant, skin-flattering salt water. You may also want to grab a good book to read while lying on one of the comfortable deckchairs.

While the outdoor area exudes its share of luxury, the interior of the villa is filled to the brim with an ambience of refined elegance. The welcome that awaits guests upon entering the building can only be described as breathtaking. Absolutely flooded with light and rich in vibrant colours, the wide, open space casts a spell over you and invites you to start exploring the various rooms straight away. The decor is dominated by red and white tones, which create a great effect in combination with other accent colours and materials. The living room is lined with huge panoramic windows and has an expansive arrangement of incredibly comfortable sofas in the centre. It is definitely the place where you will spend most of your time indoors. Full of colour and adorned with artwork of all kinds, it's an excellent place to sit and relax. Wherever you look, eye-catching decorative pieces conjure up an atmosphere that is quite unique and creates a very special visual experience. If you ever get tired of eating outside, there is a dining area two steps above the living room where you can take your meals in style and enjoy the added flavour that comes with the elegant ambience. The spacious, modern kitchen is conveniently located one room away. An island in the centre makes preparing meals together even more enjoyable and the variety and quality of the facilities make this kitchen a true chef's paradise. There is even room for an additional dining table where you can enjoy a quick snack together. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an additional WC. An extremely elegant floating staircase leads to the upper floor, which is luxuriously furnished and has a second living room, a large bedroom with its own bathroom (including a bath and shower as an option for a sauna) and two further bedrooms that share a bathroom between them. The great thing about the second living room is that you can spend some time alone away from your holiday group or even split up into smaller groups to do different activities without disturbing each other. Enjoy a good film on the flat-screen TV while you relax on the large red couch or on one of the colourful floor cushions. The air-conditioned, individually designed and colourful bedrooms exude a touch of extravagance that makes relaxing in these rooms an incomparable experience. We are sure that everyone will find the perfect place to sleep here. The bathrooms, which also have their own unique charm, have natural light and are equipped with high-quality amenities such as hairdryers and enough space for everyone in the group.

Sa Ràpita, a small fishing village away from the crowds, is a great base for exploring the island and discovering the real Mallorca. The town borders a nature reserve and two of the island's most beautiful beaches are practically on your doorstep: Ses Covetes and the unspoilt natural beach of Es Trenc. As one of Sa Ràpita's main attractions is the yacht club, leisure activities include a variety of water sports such as surfing, sailing and diving, but there is also plenty to do here for golfers and hiking enthusiasts. The super-stylish Villa Cap dOlla is located in a holiday home development in Sa Ràpita and is surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept outdoor area. Shopping facilities for groceries and other daily necessities, restaurants by the sea and the sea itself are all within walking distance. The attractive Platja Sa Ràpita beach is only 2 km away and there are several other beautiful beaches nearby.
