Surrounded by a beautiful, landscaped garden, the spacious 20 x 8 metre pool promises unparalleled privacy. The only soundtrack here is the chorus of cicadas at the height of summer, harmonising with the gentle rustling of the treetops. Choose your relaxation spots, be it on the comfortable sun loungers in the shade, in the pool's water seating area or relaxing on the inviting lawn. Just a few steps from the house is a raised, shaded terrace overlooking this enchanting pool area, which is safely protected from children. Other outdoor highlights include a private golf course and a wind-protected, glazed barbecue terrace with a spacious dining area overlooking the greenery. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling enthusiasts and offers well-equipped cycle paths through the hilly countryside.

Inside this carefully restored hideaway, the rustic charm blends seamlessly with modern comfort. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with fireplace, a separate country kitchen with dining area, a spacious dining room with sofa area and access to the covered terrace, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest WC. Three further cosy double bedrooms await you on the upper floor. One of them has its own bathroom and balcony, while the other two share a separate bathroom. Mallorcan shutters and mosquito nets ensure relaxing siestas and peaceful nights. All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while radiators keep the entire holiday home warm.

The cosy Villa Yuma is located in the south of the island near the picturesque town of Llucmajor. This comfortably furnished villa has a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a putting green and is surrounded by palm trees and other trees. Drive to Llucmajor for grocery shopping and stay a while to enjoy the colourful sights on the lively Plaça d'Espanya. The capital Palma de Mallorca is only around 30 minutes away by car and offers excellent shopping opportunities. If you fancy a dip in the sea, S'Arenal beach is just 17 kilometres away.
