The impressive Finca Atalaia in the south of Mallorca offers a rare opportunity to holiday with a large group in a traditional Mallorcan manor house from the 15th century. This unique property is ideal for weddings and family celebrations of up to 100 people and has extensive parkland with mature trees, a large terrace and cool vaulted areas. The pool is heated and can be covered depending on the weather. The property also has barbecue facilities, a table tennis area and plenty of space for walks in the countryside without leaving the 142-hectare grounds. Spontaneous excursions to the island's most beautiful natural beaches, Es Trenc and Sa Rápita, are also possible. A discreet housekeeping couple will be happy to assist you immediately with any requests.

The spacious rooms are furnished with high-quality, partly antique furniture. With a living space of almost 1800 m² spread over two spacious floors, the interior of the finca is just as spacious as its exterior. Up to 18 guests can sleep peacefully in a total of nine individually furnished bedrooms. There are also nine en-suite bathrooms. Several lounges offer further retreat options. The bright, fully equipped kitchen offers modern comforts and a breakfast area with a wonderful view of the parkland. Finca Atalaia also has reliable mobile phone reception and good WiFi throughout the building.

The dreamy Villa Atalaia is just a few minutes' drive from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island of Es Trenc. For your daily shopping, you can visit the pretty town of Campos and perhaps visit the weekly market with regional products, which takes place here every Thursday and Saturday. Here you will also find stylish restaurants and bars.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 27 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund. The optional use of heating in this accommodation is included in the price for reasonable use. If this is exceeded, you will be charged the fee in cash on site. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
