The covered natural stone terrace with an impressive staircase into the garden is a real eye-catcher of this villa with enchanting green shutters. For your comfort, the terrace can be closed for the safety of small children. The pool is child-friendly thanks to the large, gentle slope of its stepped entrance. The water invites you to cool off, relax and float on one of the loungers or swim a few lengths. Afterwards, treat yourself to a long siesta on one of the comfortable sun loungers on the wonderfully rustic natural stone terrace around the pool. If you prefer the shade, the covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a hearty feast at the large dining table or sink into the comfortable cushions of the rattan sofas.

The interior of Can Jordi is also stylish: everything is bright and friendly; the walls spread a cosy warmth with their Mediterranean colours; and the lights installed in the ceilings bathe everything in a pleasant light. Stone arches between the open-plan rooms and an elegant column in the living room, together with the high-quality and elegant furniture, create a particularly stately ambience in which you will immediately feel at home. The comfortable leather sofas and two inviting wing chairs around the fireplace in the living room are truly enticing, while in the dining room you can savour culinary delights in a wonderful dark wooden sofa. These delicacies can be easily prepared in the kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances and another round dining table with matching chairs, so that you can have breakfast regardless of the weather. The five bright double rooms guarantee you a well-deserved night's sleep - either comfortable double or single beds invite you to sweet dreams. Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are bright down to the smallest detail, including the villa's four bathrooms. One of them has its own bathroom on the upper floor and all are very clean and have large mirrors.

The location of your holiday home is ideal for a truly varied holiday: in the immediate vicinity you can enjoy peace and quiet amidst the hillside vegetation, mainly in the form of cypress trees. If you want to go into town afterwards, you only have to drive about 3.3 km in your hire car to the former fishing village of Colònia Sant Jordi, now a popular holiday resort with a large selection of good restaurants, cafés and bars as well as numerous water sports activities and shopping facilities. From there, it is only a few kilometres along various beautiful natural paths to one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca: Es Trenc. The fine, white sand between unspoilt nature and protected dunes, salt fields and a pine forest slopes gently into the clear water and is ideal for children to play on. The beautiful Finca Can Jordi is quietly situated on an old, overgrown plot of land with olive trees and imposing palm trees in the south of Mallorca. From the large covered terrace with its pretty pillars, you can enjoy the view of the sea glistening in the distance. There are several beautiful beaches within a radius of just 3 km. Almost as easy to reach is the charming little coastal town of Colònia de Sant Jordi, where you can stroll along the lively harbour promenade, try out the various restaurants and shop for your daily needs.
