Just a stone's throw from the town centre, the Gothic cathedral of Saint-Just-et-Saint-Pasteur and the Archbishops' Palace, home to the Archaeology and Art museums. A host of local amenities are just a 10-minute walk or drive away (shops, cafés, restaurants, car park, Les Grands Buffets and the station).
Let yourself be tempted by a stroll through the natural landscape and historic monuments along the banks of the Canal de la Robine and the famous Halles de Narbonne, where you'll find some excellent produce. Situated in the heart of the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, a veritable natural gem, with its remarkable flora and fauna.
Just 10 minutes away by car, the Massif de la Clape is criss-crossed by vineyards and vast pine forests where the garrigue dominates the Mediterranean. The beaches of the Aude coast are 20 minutes away.
On site, the gîte offers a beautiful, large private terrace, unique in the centre of Narbonne, with all the facilities you need to relax under the southern sun: deckchairs, parasols, dining table, barbecue.
The flat is located on the 1st floor of a town house in a quiet area. It opens onto a large living room with a sitting area with sofas and TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed. A separate shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). Laundry room with washing machine. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. WIFI connection. Public car park nearby.
