Welcome to one of the many apartments of our vacation rental service Travemünde! This is where you will find a home for as long as you wish to stay.

The apartment "Am Strand I" is located in Travemünde in the first row, directly on the promenade & the extensive beach. Your vacation can begin immediately. The house has an underground parking garage and an elevator.

Step into an oasis of comfort. The apartment combines maritime charm with modern comfort. The breathtaking view of the glittering sea is omnipresent through the panoramic windows. Enjoy your time on the large terrace and feel the salty breeze on your skin.
1-bedroom (2 rooms), flat 45sqm, 2nd floor nr. 31 (on the left hand side from the lift). The apartment is in modern and maritime shabby chic style with vinyl floor. The modern and full equipped kitchen is integrated in the living room with refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, induction stove, dishwasher, water kettle (looks like a white tea pot), waffle maker e.g., kitchen table with bench and two chairs. Living room with sofa bed (1,40 x 2,00 m), TV, telephone, radio, WiFi (the access code is in the information folder in the apartment), bathroom with tiles with shower, bedroom with double bed 1,80 x 2,00m (two separated mattresses, open foot end), two wardrobes, TV, safe, iron and iron board. Big terrace (approx. 30sqm) with lounge chairs and beach -/seaview. Please be so kind and cover the lounge chairs, when it is rainy and stormy weather. Thank you.

Parking place in the underground parking garage (nr. 31) is inclusive. Attention! The entrance of the underground parking garage is narrow! Lift available. Free WIFI (access code is in a folder in the apartment). Pets allowed only on request (€ 10.00 per night).
A bicycle cellar is located in the basement, if you go out of the elevator to the right, through a door (with the apartment key), then the first door on the left. Outdoor parking is available here directly in front of the house on the promenade.
Final cleaning is inclusive with a stay of 7 days and more, with a short stay the final cleaning will be charged once € 78.00 (is in the total already included).

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
