Very nice, well maintained 2 1/2 room apartment on the 2nd floor, Block C in Brentsch Park in Scuol.

Dining room, separate kitchen, fully furnished, incl. Dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.
Garage space in a big garage. The Brentschpark has its own indoor swimming pool, which can be used free of charge. (Sauna for a very small fee.)
The apartment is located at the western end of Scuol in a very quiet location. The ski bus stops nearby.
Other leisure facilities: The Swiss National Park is close by. Beautiful hiking trails in all directions
Excursion possibilities: Excursions to St. Moritz or Samnaun. Also in the direction of Meran and Davos, as well as in the nearby Tyrol, Landeck are worthwhile.

Other bedroom furniture (Bedroom1): Very nice bedroom for 2 people, stone pine furniture, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables. Very nice satin bed linen.

Location description: Main town in the Lower Engadine, 1,250 meters above sea level. Bogn Engiadina, Scuol adventure pool - with mineral water from the famous springs - and access to the Motta Naluns hiking and winter sports area (1,250 m to 2,800 m above sea level). The main shopping street Stradun with 40 shops is located between the two well-preserved old parts of the village, Scuol Sura and Scuol Sot (Upper and Lower Scuol). Carbonated mineral water flows from various wells in the village. Scuol is a bastion of Romance language culture. Romansh branch names on company signs are required by law, such as "Cuafför" and "Restorant".
