Wonderful Holiday Apartment in Gardone Riviera with Botanic Garden

The apartment is located in the heart of Gardone Riviera, which is also called "Garden City", because you can walk along quiet paths through the Mediterranean vegetation or can discover breathtaking views when trekking. Moreover, Gardone Riviera has received the Blue Flag award for the second consecutive year for the quality of its water and beaches.

The ground floor apartment is in a green and quiet area, away from traffic, and just 300 metres from the lake. The property is located in an end-of-terrace house.

The holiday apartment consists of two rooms with their own bathroom. The decor and furnishings are modern, simple and functional, but also cosy at the same time. A child’s bed can be placed in the bedroom with the double bed upon request. The living room has a sofa bed, satellite TV and a CD player. The open cooking area is easily separated from the living area, and is comfortable and well equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

A pretty little garden with a pavillion plus table and chairs is available to you as an outdoor area. Here you can enjoy your meals in peace or simply let your gaze wander through the countryside to the sea.

Due to its strategic location near the centre, with the Vittoriale and various shops on one side and the green surroundings on the other, this holiday apartment is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. Free public parking is available about 30 metres away.

A bar and two restaurants are within a radius of 50 m. Within a further radius of 500 metres, you will find shops, a baker, butcher, fruit and vegetable sellers, pizzerias, bars, pubs and restaurants. Also a newspaper kiosk, bank, post office, pharmacy, as well as the bus stop and the shipping pier for tours on the lake are not more than 500 metres away. The nearest supermarket is 1.5 km away.

The apartment is also close to the botanic garden of "Fondazione Andre Heller" and the Vittoriale, the monumental citadel with its magnificent gardens and open-air theatre.

The surrounding area offers numerous possibilities in terms of activities. Beaches, both free and fee-based with a pool, are located 800 metres away. A beauty centre is also just 800 metres away. Sports enthusiasts will find tennis courts and football fields 300 m away, and there is even a climbing centre 800 m away. Beautiful cycling paths along the lake begin 2.5 km away. Motorboats can be hired 2.5 km away. A riding stable is 3 km away and golf courses can be found about 12 km away.

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage,Ausstattung sehr schön,Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.Allerdings war die Wohnung sehr schwer zu finden.Gott sei Dank hat sie uns an der nächsten Hauptstrasse abgeholt.”

    “Eine sehr schöne helle Wohnung, toll und ruhig gelegen abseits des Verkehrs- und Touristenlärms. Schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Die Küche war modern und auf gutem Standard, sodass Kochen dort auch Spaß machte . Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei hohen Temperaturen half auch der Ventilator nicht wirklich, weshalb eine Klimaanlage hilfreich wäre. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt am Gardasee und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.”

    “Gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, einschließlich kleiner, sehr netter Garten, schöner Parkplatz.
    Für 4 Erwachsene wohl zu klein, für 2 aber perfekt.
    Zentrale Lage, fast alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.”
