    “Vorteile sind, dass alles neu, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber ist. Kein Wunder bei dem Baujahr 2012. Ruhige Lage mit ausreichendem Abstand zur Dorfstraße. Parken vorm Haus möglich. Schnelle Internetanbindung. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Mikrowelle, Herd, Wasserkocher, Fön und Heizgebläse vorhanden. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Verstauen von Kleidung und Mitgebrachtem. Terrassenmöbel vorhanden.

    Nachteile sind dagegen, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus zwar gekennzeichnet ist, aber ihre kleinen Tücken hat. Heizung lässt sich nicht regulieren (Fußbodenheizung ohne Zusatzheizkörper). Heizkörper im Bad funktionslos (Heizperiode?). Klassische Doppelfenster sind zwar hübsch, aber nicht funktionell. Ruhe im Erdgeschoss-Appartement abhängig von den Bewohnern des Dachgeschoss-Apartments. Nur eine Terrasse für zwei Appartements. WLAN deckt Gebäude nicht vollständig ab. Schlafbereich vom Rest der Wohnung nicht abgetrennt. Dadurch hört man den Kühlschrank. Wer gern bei offenem Fenster schläft, hat ggf. morgens kein warmes Appartement. Vorbereitung für einen Kamin oder Beistellofen in der Küche - jedoch fehlt derzeit der Ofen.”
