The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home or an apartment house built in 1964, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
