Central apartment in a villa by the park with a balcony and terrace and a lovely view

The villa is in the centre of Opatija in a villa district by Kvarner Bay, with a wonderful view.

The living room opens onto the big balcony. There is also a lovely terrace with garden furniture and Mediterranean plants, with another garden terrace above it with a grill. The owners live on the second floor of the villa.

The apartment is on the first floor of the villa and can accommodate five people. It has a separate and fully-equipped kitchen with a gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The kitchen leads out onto the garden terrace. There are two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Both bedrooms also have a wardrobe and a dresser. The living and dining room has one big sofa and a big LCD TV with satellite channels in the living area and a big dining table with chairs in the dining area. There is also air conditioning and central heating for the winter. The bathroom provides a shower, bidet and toilet. There is a wardrobe in the corridor. The living room facing south looks out over the villa garden, the centuries-old park and the blue sea.

It is 300 metres to all the beaches (sandy and pebbled), as well as to the centre with many restaurants, which you can get to along a pleasantly shaded path lined with old trees in a historical park opposite the apartment.

    “veraltete, aber schöne Austattung, jedoch an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse und deswegen sehr, sehr laut. Auch in der Nacht furchtbar laut.     “Sehr schöne Ausstattung, die wir aufgrund des schönen Wetters nicht genutzt haben. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gut gepflegt und lädt ein sich abends raus zu setzen und zu grillen und Spiele zu spielen mit den Kindern. Die Vermieterfamilie wohnt im gleichen Haus und man kann jederzeit klingeln. Sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gute Tipps wenn man Fragen hat.”

    “Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Wir haben alles super in Ordnung angetroffen. Vermieterin war auch sehr nett und total zuvorkommend sowie auch ihre Mutter. Der Weg zum Strand dauert 5 Minuten und zurück leider ca. 20 Minuten, da es ziemlich bergauf geht - dieses wussten wir jedoch vorher. Nach einem Strandbesuch jedoch sehr mühsam.”
