Welcome to this cosy holiday home, surrounded by a delightful garden with fruit trees and shrubbery. The cottage is set only 500 metres from the sea and a beach with shallow water. There's also an area with cliffs and deep water for those who prefer that. The cottage is surrounded by pastures where cows graze during the summer.



The garden plot is 2000 square metres, featuring hills, trees and several grassy areas. The cottage itself is spacious and contains a kitchen with the most basic equipment, as well as two living rooms, one of which opens onto ther furnished terrace where you will find a barbecue grill. The first living room features sofas where you can spend time together and relax. The second living room has a dining table, an open fireplace, and a TV with an array of channels (Swedish channels 1-9, TV4 Sport, Eurosport, TV 10, TV 12, C More, C More First, and C More Series.



The bathroom features an electric incinerating toilet, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. There's one bedroom on the bottom floor and another two on the upper floor.



Tjörn and Orust offer many charming seaside towns you can visit, such as Klädesholmen, Kyreksund, Hälleviksstrand, and Mollösund, all lovely places to visit. Sundsby Säteri offers beautiful walking paths and caves to explore. It also offers a bakery and a coffee shop. Stenungssund offers a large shopping centre and Gothenburg is only 55 kilometres away.



The town of Skärhamn offers plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment and culture. There is, for instance, a lovely art museum specialising in contemporary art, especially aquarelles.

    “Ausstattung verbraucht und defekt. Matratzen, Sitzmöbel uralt und unbequem, altes angeschlagenes Geschirr, verkrustete Töpfe, kaputter Bodenbelag. Brunnenwasser mit braunen Schwebeteilchen, die Textilien und Haare verfärbt haben, beim Kochen braune Kruste am Topf. Sauberkeit: Küche in besonders unhygienischem Zustand, Herd, Abzugshaube, Backofen und Arbeitsplatte mit alten Fett überzogen. Das Geschirr, was wir benutzt haben, mussten wir vor Gebrauch mit Scheuerpulver reinigen, Lampe, Deko, Stühle... waren mit Fett überzogen, Duschtasse braun verfärbt (war nicht gereinigt), Polstermöbel fleckig und total verdreckt, Türklinken, Türblätter und Stäbe an der Treppe waren dreckig und klebrig. Übler Geruch durch Unsauberkeit.

    Mietobjekt befand sich in einem verwahrlosten, verdreckten Zustand ; mit Fotos belegbar.
