The holiday home is located near Hamoir, Aywaille, Ferrières, and Durbuy, the smallest town in the world. You will find shops and restaurants there. The Hamoir train station is about a 15-minute walk away, so it is recommended to have a car. Numerous activities such as kayaking, horse riding, golf, or hiking are possible in the vicinity.
Free wireless internet access is available. A Wii game console, a dart game, and some board games are also provided. An infrared sauna and an exercise bike can be used free of charge. The beds are made upon arrival, and towels are also provided. Upon request, the owner can also provide a baby bed and a high chair. A second holiday apartment is currently being built in the other half of the house.
The house accommodates 14 people, including at least 2 children, and features a large living room with a big flat-screen TV and a bar. The professional kitchen (entirely stainless steel) is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
The first floor includes a bedroom with two electronically adjustable beds (90 x 200 cm), suitable for people with limited mobility, as well as a private bathroom with a shower, sink, adapted toilet (with arms), and a shower chair. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.
The upper floor includes two bedrooms with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) each, each with a private bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed for 2 children, plus a baby bed, and another bedroom with a double bed (190 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed for 2 people. Both rooms have a spacious bathroom with double sink, bathtub, and toilet, as well as a hairdryer.
Each room is also equipped with a TV and a DVD player.
