Spacious holiday house with a little garden, just a five-minute walk from the well-known Baskarsija Square in the centre

This two-storey holiday house built in 2008 is only a five-minute walk from the town centre and the legendary Baskarsija Square.

The living room on the upper floor provides access to a furnished balcony with a view over the roofs of Sarajevo. The house also has a little 30m² garden with a grill. In the adjoining street there is a garage for a car. There is also free parking space nearby.

The alarm-secured house provides 100m² of space for five to seven people. The ground floor has a living room with a sitting area and a large dining table. Right behind the dining space there is a modern, fully-equipped built-in kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a spacious toilet with a washing machine and a dryer. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm). Of the two bathrooms on the same floor, one has a shower with a WC, the other a whirlpool bath. The third bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a further living room with a sofa bed for two people (160 x 200cm). Each room can be heated.

It is 250 metres to the nearest supermarket. Sarajevo has an old town with an oriental flair that is worth seeing with several mosques and churches, the Baskarsija Square and many shops. You don’t have to use public transport, as everything is within a five-minute walk. The train station and the bus station are about 2km away and the airport about 10km.

    “Die Lage ist hervorragend, denn es liegt direkt an der historischen Altstadt des Sarejevo. In wenigen Gehminuten (einfach geradeaus der Sarac-Ismailova Strasse hinunter) befinden sich das Zentrum der Altstadt mit all seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
    Das Haus ist praktisch eine Doppelhaushälfte mit drei Etagen. Alle Zimmer sind sehr sauber. In den Badezimmern befinden sich u.a. frische Hand- und Badetücher. Die Betten sind sauber und gut. Einen Garten besitzt es nicht, aber dafür ein großen Balkon im Dachgeschoss mit einer wundervollen Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Sarajevo. WLAN und TV sind ebenfalls vorhanden. (Bei WLAN Problemen einfach aus und einschalten.) Einzig die Garage ist etwas klein und die Gassen sind eng und in der Regel nur Einbahnstraßen. Mit dem eigenen PKW sollte man keinesfalls direkt zum Ferienhaus fahren, sondern zu einem der Parkhäuser in der Stadt fahren. Die Taxis und alles andere ist sehr günstig. (Währung KM entspricht dem Kurs der alten DM).”
