The villa classified as four-star and renovated, is in Postira on the north coast of the island of Brac. The house is detached surrounded by gardens and has no contact with other houses in the neighborhood.
It is located in the center in a small street, 30 m from the beach and promenade, in a quiet and intimate environment
The villa with 85m² of living space, newly furnished in a Mediterranean style, provides all the necessary modern amenities. It was built of ecofriendly materials (primarily stone and wood) and offers many centuries-old details. The house with three bedrooms can accommodate six adults and a two children..The kitchen area features a handmade sink and provides all the standard electric appliances and cooking utensils. A well-chosen combination of stone elements and colours (white and blue) creates a cosy atmosphere. The living room has satellite TV and wireless Internet access. The lower floor has a bedroom with two single beds (each 80 x 200cm) and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Stairs lead to the upper landing with access to two further bedrooms. The first has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and child bed (155x70cm), the second has a kingsize bed (160 x 200cm) and a supplementary single bed (90 x 198cm). A bathroom with a shower rounds off the upper floor.
The outdoor area has a terrace for up to eight people, furnished with a stone table. Next to it there is a sun terrace with an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a new hot tub. Below the terrace there are a new summer kitchen and a grill area with stone bar table nad bar chears. It also provides access to the annex with a bathroom (shower) and bedroom. The annex has a sofa bed (150 x 200cm).

There is air conditioning in the living and dining room, and in the 2 largest bedroom. The bedrooms, owing to the stone walls, always have a pleasant indoor climate. Mosquito nets are installed on all windows.
The villa is located in the center of Postira on the island of Brač. It is located in a quiet environment, away from the first beach 40 meters. Public free parking, restaurants, promenade, market, bakery, post office, market, ambulance, pharmacy are 50 meters away.
