This spacious holiday apartment is located in the centre of Dagebüll. Spread over two floors, it is perfect for holidays by the sea with friends or several families. The holiday apartment is just 200 metres from the North Sea and Dagebüll's evergreen beach. Restaurants and small shops are just around the corner. Especially from the bedrooms on the 2nd floor you have a fantastic view over the landscape to the North Sea and the Halligen.

A spacious living area with a large dining table and a cosy sofa corner is the heart of this holiday apartment. On the small, west-facing balcony, there is room for 4 people to soak up the sun in a deckchair and enjoy the view of the countryside as far as the North Sea. There is a large dining table for 12 people in the living area for socialising.
In winter, you can warm up after long walks in the private sauna with a fantastic view over the countryside. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Here you can easily cater for 12 people, and thanks to the dishwasher, nobody has to worry about doing the washing up.

Two car parking spaces are available nearby. Additional cars can be parked in the large car park approx. 500 m away for a fee.

The 6 bedrooms are spread over two floors. The three large bedrooms on the separate top floor (accessible via a staircase from the communal hallway on the 1st floor) each have their own bathroom accessible from the room and a small kitchenette. On the first floor, the residents of the three bedrooms there share a particularly spacious bathroom with a bathtub and XXL shower; there is also a separate WC.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the house - if you don't feel like catering for yourself, simply go downstairs and let others cook for you! The restaurant also has a small outdoor terrace on the same side as the balcony of the holiday apartment and bedrooms 2 - 5.

The entrance to the holiday apartment can be reached via an external staircase and a corridor, both of which can also be used by restaurant staff, whose staff room is located on the 1st floor in front of the entrance to the apartment on the corridor. A staircase leads from this corridor to the separate bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

The many dykes all around offer a perfect area for cyclists. In the centre of Dagebüll, directly adjacent to the domicile, you will find small shops, restaurants and a merchant. The ferries to the North Sea islands of Amrum and Föhr depart directly opposite - perfect for a day trip! Dagebüll is also ideally located for a day trip to Sylt, because from neighbouring Niebüll (approx. 12 km) you can travel directly to Westerland by train in just half an hour. The town of Niebüll also offers a great cultural and leisure programme for young and old with various museums, a year-round indoor swimming pool and a beautiful natural bathing area. Sports and shopping facilities are also available here.

    “Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Tolle Lage, viel drum herum ( Läden, Bäcker, Restaurant ). Agentur von Novasol ist auch direkt im Ort, gut zu finden, sehr freundlich. Beim Bäcker kann man online Brötchen auswählen und vorbestellen ( einmalig oder für mehrere Tage ). Alles sehr sauber, gut organisiert, gut ausgestattet. Super viel Platz, ausreichend für 12 Personen. :) Wir waren zu 9. als Familie dort. Wichtig ist, dass man Spülmaschinentabs und Backpapier mitnimmt, sollte man das benötigen. Das ist nicht vorhanden. Nächster größerer Supermarkt ist in ca. 5 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

    Was uns am Haus etwas gestört hat ist, dass drei Zimmer ( die im oberen Stock ) getrennt von der Hauptwohnung sind. Das war uns vorab nicht ersichtlich. Es sind quasi drei separate Doppelzimmer ( je mit Schlüssel, aber für alles derselbe Schlüssel ) + die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit den restlichen Schlafräumen / Küche / Bad / Toilette / Balkon / Wohnzimmer. Die Zimmer im oberen Stock haben alle ein separates Bad. Zudem kommt, dass die Herrschaften vom Küstendiner ebenfalls Zugang zur Wohnung ( Flurbereich ) haben, da sich hier das Büro und der "Heizungsraum" befindet. Aber alle total freundlich. Hat auch alles bestens geklappt. :)”

    “Wir haben eine Woche mit neun Personen in der Wohnung gewohnt. Super Ausstattung, Küche gut sortiert, Bäder sehr gut. Es ist viel Platz in der Wohnung. Leider gibt es keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer.”

    “Die Wohnung entspricht in jeder Beziehung der Beschreibung. Sie ist möbel- und küchenmäßig sehr gut ausgestattet. 12 Personen können in dieser Wohnung gut untergebracht werden, lediglich ist zu bedenken, dass die 2. Ebene nur vom Flur vor dem eigentlichen Eingang erreichbar ist, was für die Unterbringung von jüngeren Kindern weniger geeignet ist, wenn sich die Eltern im Wohnzimmer aufhalten.
    Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, ist es das Fehlen von Steh- und/oder Nachttischlampen. Es gibt jeweils nur einen Hauptschalter an der Tür. Die Schränke in den Schlafräumen bieten sehr viel Stauraum, dazu gibt es in jedem Zimmer Nackenstützkissen zur Auswahl.
    Bei kühlerem Wetter ist die eingebaute Sauna ein echtes Highlight.
    Die Lage über dem Restaurant Insel-Diner muss man differenziert betrachten. Auf der einen Seite sehr bequem, wenn man dort essen gehen will, andererseits entsprechender Umtrieb im Hinblick auf mit dem Auto anfahrende Gäste und wegen der Außenbewirtung auch entsprechende Lautstärke. Auch durch den Container kommt es spät abends und auch morgens früh zu störenden Geräuschen. Aber insgesamt sind diese Dinge nicht wirklich negativ.”

    “Wenn ich mir für unser Wochenende mit Freunden eine Ferienwohnung malen müsste, sie würde genau so aussehen. Modern, funktionell, bequem, sehr großzügig. Sehr gepflegt! Hygienisch einwandfrei! Einfach großartig!”
